A few photos from a recent trip into the Gallery, all shot with my trusty iPhone. I become more and more appreciative of their vast and varied sculpture collection every time I visit, particularly the work of Bertram MacKennal.
I don’t think you could ever get tired of seeing the Sydney Opera House, today I was armed with only my trusty iPhone but I wasn’t there to sightsee. I was there to see the Australian Ballet’s ‘Firebird’, and I was completely blown away, I loved it. It was my first time seeing live ballet and it won’t be my last. There’s not enough ways I could gush about how much I enjoyed their performance.
‘Mammoths - Giants of The Ice Age’ is currently on exhibit at the Australian Museum, and it’s pretty fantastic. Above are only a handful of the photos I took earlier this week. I think the highlight was definitely Lyuba, the 42,000 year old mammoth calf. The whole exhibition was really great, and no trip to the Museum would be complete with stopping in at the dinosaur gallery.
Everything was shot using my trusty iPhone.
